Cooling system flushing machine for the service and repair of cooling systems in modern vehicles.

Ideal machine for the Moderen VAG group diesel engines with issues with the heaters where the heater rad keeps blocking due to various issues caused by the silca bag and general internal corrision of the engine.
Proper flushing is a must do on these engines before you replace the heater rad or it will block again
And in about 70% of the flushs we have performed, we have been able to free the heater rad with just flushing without having to replace the heater rad.

Features:

• The machine aids flushing using an Internal pump, a water heater and special filters which are replaced with every use.
• Coolant colour and condition can be viewed through the spy glasses in the machine so we can easily see when the system is cleaned.
• 2 x 20 litre tanks for new and used fluid.
• Much more intensive clean than standard coolant changes or bottles of flushing additives
• Air purging from the WS 4000 unit (specific program to purge air from the machine and lines before starting)
• Washing of the engine cooling circuit (after inserting the specific additive) through the appropriate injector
• An additive can also be added to the cooling system after the clean is completed
• The washing is timed but with a duration that can be changed by the operator himself
• Replacement of the coolant with return to the internal tank, the status of the liquid is displayed on the two flowmeters on the panel
• Emptying of the internal tank with specific program
• Automatic pump bypass during the washing phase but with the possibility of activating the pump for the operator
• Possibility to print the following data (vehicle number plate, VIN, date/time, km)
• Heavily tested in our own workshop with great results.
