A/C System Flushing Machine:

Flushing machine MS101P is a piece of specialized equipment for quality cleaning of AC system pipelines and components from contaminating particles and old oil.

Purpose:

Flushing stand MS101P is used in the process of air conditioner repair and maintenance. It is designed for quality cleansing of AC pipelines and components through the forced circulation of flushing fluid in the closed circuit. Upon completion, we can also connect nitrogen to remove the waste fluid from the system and to dry the system.

An AC system that has had a compressor failure where the internals of the compressor has broken down mechanically will have a lot of contamination in the system, and if you fit a new compressor with out flushing the system you may damage the new compressor again and also may damage other components in the AC system, so it is very important to flush the AC system properly before fitting new components
