2011 Passat 2.0TDI non runner in this week.
On diagnostics this had a permanent fault for injector voltage.
Signals to injectors were tested with a state of the art oscilloscope followed by an extensive wiring check.
Fault was traced back to a burnt injector driver in the engine computer that runs the injectors.
We were able to clone this ecu with a good second hand unit using the latest in ecu programming equipment saving the customer over €1000 euro compared with the price of a new part.
