Here at Ryans Automotive getting your order on its way to you in the quickest possible time is our main focus. We work with the best courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can track the progress of your order. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service with any queries. We will be delighted to assist you.

Deliveries within Europe

Choice of Delivery with DPD or UPS Express service

Our website will calculate the delivery cost based on the country you are ordering from, it will generally just give you 1 DPD option and also 1 to 3 UPS Express service options. You can then choose the option that suits you.

Deliveries outside Europe

Delivery with UPS Worldwide Services Couriers

Our website will calculate the delivery cost based on the country you are ordering from, the UPS Services service that you have chosen and the weight of the parcel.
 

Delivery of Software Files

Software files will be emailed to you after purchase

Exclusions

  • Deliveries won’t be made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.
  • We will not be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions given
  • Due to shipping restrictions, we’re unable to ship , aerosols, air bags, creams, oils , wax,and liquids outside of Ireland and the UK.
  • Depending on where your order is being shipped to, your parcel from Ryans Automotive may be subject to Customs and Import Duties. We are unable to know what these charges may be and these fees are not included in your order total. If charges should apply to your order, you will be contacted directly from the Customs office with details of the charges. 

Returns

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 28 days from the date you purchased it.
  • BUT Ryans Automotive MUST be contacted before returning the product, as in many cases we may be able to help or advise with the product use, which in some cases can be the reason you are not fully satisfied.
  • Shipping return charges need to be agreed with Ryans Automotive before returning if you wish to be refunded for these fees.
  • Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and packaging must be intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
  • We will not accept returns claims where the product has not been delivered due to non payment by you the customer to customs in your country.
