A huge array of non stock products can be sourced from our suppliers around the globe. Delivery times vary depending on the supplier. Please contact us to get an expected delivery time. Some special order products will require a deposit or full payment before ordering.
Items returned for warranty claims will be treated in a case by case basis. In most cases where it is obvious a product is faulty, the refund will be processed immediately on receipt of the product. In other cases, especially with electronic items, the unit may need to be tested to confirm failure.If we cannot perform this inhouse, the product may need to be sent back to the manufacturer.
