We designed this video to explain the European laws that are in place to protect customer rights when it comes to having you vehicle serviced and maintained while your vehicle is under manufactures warranty.

Unfortunately some car manufactures are telling customers that they have to bring the vehicle back to them for all servicing and repairs or there warranty may be invalid.
This is not the case and you are free to choose your workshop of your choice providing the vehicle is maintained to manufactures specifications.
There are some cases that you have to go back to the main dealer like recall actions, warranty repairs work and pre-paid service packages
