KBS is an electronic parts washer that works in recirculation and respects the environment and operator health. Natural bacteria and enzymes work in synergy with GEA BIOCLEAN a water based detergent that cleans in an easy and fast way metal and plastic parts. This way you don’t have to use solvents or aggressive products that represent an hazard to the health of the user and for the. GEA BIOCLEAN is compatible with paint, carbon fiber, aluminium and other metal alloys.
KBS keeps at 37°C the cleaning solutions so micro organisms live and reproduce and clean from oils, greases and hydrocarbons the detergent. This technology is named bioremediaton that consist in the use of metabolism of bacteria contained in GEA BIOBACT to convert hydrocarbons in natural substances like water and CO2.
