Mercedes vehicles are equipped with an SGW (Security Gateway) module from around 2020 onwards. This SGW unit prevents the diagnostic tool from accessing most diagnostic functions unless it is 1st unlocked.

This pass is compatible with Think Car diagnostic tools which can be found here.

Note we can only supply support setting this up if purchased trough us, If purchased direct on the tool you will need to contact Thinkcar for any support setting it up if needed.
